We currently offer exchange only and our current policy is limited to exchanges only not returns/refunds. You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:UnusedIn original condition
Returned with original packaging Free from any damage caused after delivery

2.⁠ ⁠Products Eligible for Exchange We only support product exchange in case of:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Defective product received
Manufacturing issue
If your issue falls under any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:Products that have been used
Products damaged due to customer mishandling Items purchased during sale / offer / discount / coupon promotions Any exchange request raised after 7 days of delivery

5.⁠ ⁠Exchange Shipping & Charges Exchange requests are subject to approval after verification. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product if pickup service is unavailable in their area. The exchanged product will only be dispatched after we receive and inspect the original item.

6.⁠ ⁠Important Note We only offer exchange, not return or refund.Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again. CovrX reserves the right to decline any exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions.
